After seeing this get discussed all week, finally got around to watching it. So miserable.
Old people will be looking for excuses as to why we do things differently from them for the next 30 years. They will even go as far as to blame Mr. Rogers and their own child-rearing ability. But it comes down to one simple thing:
We have more information available to us now than anyone ever has in the history of the world.
You can’t lie to us. You can’t intimidate us through fear and all this other nonsense. We know better. It’s not about trying to figure out new ways to twist the message…if it’s bullshit, we’ll know it.
