It’s a very flawed show, its treatment of female characters is despicable and it’s understanding and commentary on the internet is extremely dated.
But we hold it to a higher standard, because Aaron Sorkin is one of the best. And that’s ok, we should hold this to a higher standard than, say, Political Animals on USA. But we still need to keep it in perspective.
