Ugh, this is a bad, bad idea. Looks good on its face perhaps, but all it does is push scalping back underground, with no way to regulate, leading to more fake tickets and shady dealings. At least when scalping was legal, Stubhub had to act responsibly, keeping the craigslist crowd more honest, and it was much safer to buy tickets after market for those willing to pay.
This is a rare lose/lose...
