I told a few people yesterday that I thought the new Weezer album might be really good. I was half right. There are 5 or so good jams on here, and about as many forgettable ones. I’m a particular fan of the first and last tracks, Pork and Beans, Automatic and Heart Songs (embedded above.) Sure, it’s kinda corny, but ALL good Weezer songs are kinda corny. That’s part of the point.
Oh, and It seems a lot of people really like “The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived.” I think it’s the embarrassing low point of the record.

What really bugs me about Hillary Clinton. This week.
It’s that moment during her stump speech when she’s begging for money, and she slows down and says, “Donate at…Doubleyou Doubleyou Doubleyou dot Hillary Clinton dot Com!” And all her supporters says it along with her, then they all smile and laugh and think they’re so clever for finally figuring out this whole internet thing. And not a moment too late, Hil! Congrats.
